Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and cook until golden brown.
  3. Stir in the cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and bell pepper, cooking until tender.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
