  • 2 cups pretzel crumbs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and pretzel crumbs.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in flour, then egg, and finally coat with pretzel crumbs.
  4. Place the breaded chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While the chicken is baking, mix cheddar cheese, Dijon mustard, and milk in a saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth.
