  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Dredge chicken breasts in flour, then dip in buttermilk, and finally coat with the pretzel mixture.
  4. Place coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and cheddar cheese over low heat until melted and smooth.
