Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, milk, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until just blended.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased donut pan, filling each mold about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
