- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, and melted butter.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the cooked turkey bacon.
