  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, red velvet cake mix, and sour cream. Mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
