- 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
- 2 cups diced chicken ham
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
- Top the potatoes with half of the diced chicken ham.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the chicken ham.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, chicken ham, and cheese.
- In a bowl, combine heavy cream, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Pour over the layered dish.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
