  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 8 slices whole-grain bread
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook turkey bacon until crispy.
  4. In a greased sheet pan, pour egg mixture and evenly spread cooked bacon on top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until eggs are set.
  6. Once cooked, remove from oven and layer with cheese and bread to assemble sandwiches.
  7. Slice and serve warm.

Notes
