Sheet Pan Omelette

A delicious and easy recipe for a sheet pan omelette featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stir in turkey bacon, chicken ham, bell peppers, onion, and cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased sheet pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  6. Allow to cool slightly, then cut into squares and serve.
