- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.
- Stir in carrots and peas, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Add broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
