  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the slow cooker 30 minutes before serving to thicken the sauce.
  6. Serve the chicken over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
