1 pound ground beef
1 can black beans, drained
1 can corn, drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 packet taco seasoning
4 cups beef broth
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
Instructions
In a skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
Drain excess fat and transfer the beef to the slow cooker.
Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, beef broth, onion, and bell pepper.
