Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla to the mixture and combine well.
