  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add sliced beef. Cook until browned.
  3. Add gochujang, soy sauce, and garlic to the beef, stirring well to combine.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and let simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Toss the cooked noodles into the creamy beef sauce, mixing until well coated.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and black pepper before serving.

Notes
