- 2 cups sushi rice
- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup seaweed sheets, cut into strips
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
- While the rice is cooking, prepare the salmon by removing any skin and bones, then chopping it into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped salmon with mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Once the rice is cooked, spread it evenly in a baking dish.
- Top the rice with the salmon mixture, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through.
