Sticky Gochujang Chicken Meatballs

These sticky gochujang chicken meatballs are bursting with flavor and bring a taste of Korea to your table.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup gochujang
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Serve with additional gochujang glaze if desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, let the meatball mixture sit for 30 minutes before baking.
  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
