  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and chop into small pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add butter and let it melt. Stir in garlic powder and onion powder.
  4. Add the milk and cheese, stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Add the cooked macaroni and turkey bacon to the cheese sauce. Stir well to combine and heat through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
