  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water and butter; bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in flour until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
  5. Spoon or pipe mixture onto baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool and then fill with whipped cream and strawberries.
