- 4 bell peppers
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, cooked rice, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, chopped turkey bacon, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the turkey mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Top each stuffed pepper with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted.
