1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
3 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, chopped turkey bacon, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix the diced chicken ham with a little bit of additional seasoning if desired.
Mold half of the turkey mixture into a loaf shape on a baking sheet.
Make a groove down the center and fill with the chicken ham mixture.
Top with the remaining turkey mixture, sealing the edges carefully.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until cooked through.
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Serve with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
Pair with a side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
