  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and allspice. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the meatballs on all sides over medium heat.
  4. In a separate saucepan, combine beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Once meatballs are browned, return them to the skillet and pour the sauce over them. Simmer for 20 minutes.
