- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and allspice. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs.
- In a large skillet, brown the meatballs on all sides over medium heat.
- In a separate saucepan, combine beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer.
- Once meatballs are browned, return them to the skillet and pour the sauce over them. Simmer for 20 minutes.
