  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides.
  4. Reduce heat and add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes, then add heavy cream and parsley, stirring gently.
  6. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
