- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 can black beans
- 1 cup corn
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 corn tortillas
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes, then toss them with chili powder, cumin, and salt.
