Teriyaki Salmon Bowl

A flavorful and easy-to-make teriyaki salmon bowl that’s perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and add the salmon fillets, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  3. Add the broccoli and snap peas to the skillet during the last few minutes of cooking.
  4. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the salmon and vegetables, cooking until heated through.
  5. Serve the salmon and vegetables over rice, garnished with green onions.
