The Best Blueberry Muffins Ever are easy to make, incredibly moist, and absolutely irresistible, perfect for breakfast or a snack!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, and eggs.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Evenly distribute the batter into the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let them cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the wet ingredients.
  • If using frozen blueberries, do not thaw them before adding to the batter.
