  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the oil and eggs, mixing until well combined.
  4. Fold in the grated carrots, crushed pineapple, and walnuts.
