- 1 pound chicken breast
- 2 cans white beans
- 1 cup corn
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
