  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup green beans, chopped
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions, carrots, and celery, and sauté until the vegetables are tender.
