- 2 medium zucchini
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Spiralize the zucchini to create noodles and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
