  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Spiralize the zucchinis into pasta shapes and set aside.
  2. In a pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same pan, add olive oil and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and red pepper flakes, cook until tomatoes burst.
  5. Stir in zucchini noodles and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender.
  6. Mix in chopped turkey bacon, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Serve topped with grated parmesan cheese.

  • For a vegan option, omit the turkey bacon and cheese.
